Exchanges can be made up to 15 days after the purchase. The product must be in perfect condition. Exchanges are subject to current stock. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, slight variations in designs and colors may occur.
In case of defect or fault, the product will be repaired, exchanged, or the money will be refunded, as established by the Consumer Defense Law.
If you regret your purchase, you can request a refund within 10 days of receiving the product. Excluded are personalized products and those included in article 1116 of the Civil and Commercial Code.
